ToS - By commissioning me for anything you agree to the following

I can cancel and refund a commission at any time for any reason!

You will not alter the commissioned art without my permission.

This goes a bit without saying, but if it's just editing certain pieces like the background out, you don't have to ask permission, this is moreso about the watermark. Getting rid of that and posting it will instantly render you banned from commissioning me in the future.

You will include an in-depth reference, or give me a very good idea as to what I need to draw.

If you don't have a ref, try finding a base, or even using MSPaint to try and get an idea out. As long as there's some way for me to visually see your character that's all that matters to me. If not, I may charge you more, because I'd have to work with you more to essentially create a character for you.

I am allowed to post and promote my art on any platform with the commissioned art.

However, if asked, I will not post the art I've made for you. As long as there's communication beforehand about having a private commission.

You cannot post the commissioned art without the watermark.

Refunds aren't allowed after art is completed or near completion.

You are not allowed to distribute/use the commissioned art commercially unless you pay the +200% fee.

If you're caught underage purchasing NSFW art, your commission will be immediately refunded and cancelled, you will also be blocked and banned from commissioning me in the future.

I will never promote or tolerate hate speech with my art, be that racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, etc. If you want to commission me for such things, you will be banned from commissioning me in the future.

Filing a chargeback will render you banned from commissioning me in the future.

Going against these can render you banned from purchasing anything from me in the future.
